Juneyao Air’s first flight from Shanghai landed in Sydney, making it our ninth Chinese mainland airline.

The airline will operate four direct services a week from Sydney to Shanghai, increasing to daily during the 2025 Lunar New Year period.

The new flights from China are a big win for the NSW visitor economy, supporting approximately 450 jobs and bringing in $80 million in new expenditure each year.
