Set in a city in the near future, this sci-fi violence film depicts how the lower classes, who are forced to work at a nuclear power plant, conspire and eventually escalate into a riot. The film features a diverse cast of unique talents, including rock musicians such as “The Rockers” led by Takanori Jinnai, “The Roosters” and “Stalin,” as well as Umanosuke Ueda and the comedy duo Conte Akashingo. Shigeru Izumiya is the art director.
